Date of loss: 07/05/1945

The 2878 ton Avondale Park was the last British merchant ship in WW2 to be sunk by a German submarine (U-2336) on 07/05/1945 at 23.00 on the last day of the war, she lies upright and fairly intact on the seabed, a nice dive with plenty of history.
