Marine Quest – inspiring diving around St Abbs, Eyemouth and the Firth of Forth. The Harbourside – first-class accommodation for divers and walkers.

Baron Stjernblad

Type: Steamship
Date of loss: 23/04/1917
Depth (seabed): 77m
The Danish steamship owned by DFDS was sank (same day as the Auriac) by the UC-44, when a torpedo failed to sink her she was then shelled. She is a great dive and very intact possibly because of her depth. Divers recovered a bell in 2009 identifying her.
